The message starts with a simple: Hello

As far as I know you start to write: Dear mam!... not Sir!

Greetings. Hello! With ultimate respect and gratitude is my pleasure to let you know that I am interested in your country... What is so awesome in Finland???  especially the huge population that grows business faster and well oriented, Every country does that!  and myself as a member of Isonews Never heard of you... and a retired sea woman on medical line here in the United Kingdom... everyone calms themselves to be from UK... we have the privilege and ability to go further to international standard of investment or associating with reputed people in other countries. Ok... And after a well done research to ensure my possibility to associate with you as a business associate, No thanks! I have some investment subject to introduce but it may not be your field or line of business or services. Not even close! 
And I am so ready mentally and financially to be part of your investment or service line with you as an associate with return of beneficial percentage and documented agreement with you. Why me? I am not good at that stuff! So if you are interested kindly let me know the nature of investment of your interest and experience in your country so that I can be part of it and move further ahead, NO I won't! thank you and hope to hear from you soon (Usually texts ends with a dot (.) Proves that this message was written in less than 5 minutes...)
